Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk or non-dairy milk of your choice, use a little more to make it creamier
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  • Mix oats, milk, chia seeds, and peanut butter together in a container like a mason jar. Add frozen blueberries to the top. Refrigerate overnight. Stir and enjoy the next morning adding more milk if desired.

Notes

Customize as you wish! Sometimes we add freshly sliced banana the next morning instead of the frozen blueberries.
